Student Saathi deals with every difficulties of a student, Like: Lodging, Fooding, Coaching, Vacancies, Updates & more. But, basically Student Saathi charges for providing the lodging & hostel facilities to students.
The charge is very nominal and pocket-friendly which is @Rs.99 only. This charge is applicable for booking of any hostel, lodge or pg which is listed in www.studentssaathi.com.
Process Flow To Purchase The Service-end to end
The process of purchasing the service is quite simple. Let’s start, suppose a user likes XYZ Girls Hostel by looking around the inside photos, the services, the features and the rent. Now, from there he/she will contact us for the further back-end processes like current availability, discount & more.
If the property have no vacancy then process stops here and the website will start showcasing other options. But, if there is a vacancy then the user proceed and purchase our booking service. A receipt will generate and sent to user’s registered mail id & with this receipt the user will easily get admission to the property.

Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
